ABOUT CAS WARD

Nurse. Healer.
Guide back to yourself.

Four decades in healthcare, and a lifelong belief in the body's own ability to heal — brought together in one gentle, restorative practice.

Smiling woman with glasses and curly dark hair.

My story

What inspired me to create Sound Therapy by Cas was my own experience of how sound can invite deep relaxation, release energetic blockages, and bring the body back into balance. It wasn’t something I set out to build a business around — it was something I felt in my own body first.

I spent over four decades in healthcare, beginning my career as a Registered Nurse, later completing a Master’s in Human Nutrition, and working for 20 years in the disability sector. That work taught me how deeply the nervous system holds onto stress — and how much we can carry without even realising it.

Alongside that clinical foundation, I trained in Sound Therapy, Integrated Vibrational Therapy, Tuning Fork Therapy, and Reiki — gentle, non-invasive practices that let the body do what it already knows how to do: settle, release, and come back into balance.

In every session, I offer a safe and nurturing space where the mind can quieten, the body can release, and energy can realign. My intention is simple — to help reduce anxiety and support a sense of calm, balance, and reconnection.

MY APPROACH

Gentle, non-invasive, deeply felt

Safe & nurturing

Every session is held as a safe space where you're free to quieten the mind and simply receive.

Whole-person care

Drawing on a clinical nursing background, sessions consider the whole person — body, mind and energy.

Rooted in experience

Every technique is one I've felt work in my own body first, long before I trained to share it with others.

"My intention is simple — to help reduce anxiety and support a sense of calm, balance, and reconnection."
